A unique and challenging app, this is the tool that tens of thousands of Deliveroo riders each day use to deliver food all across the world. App stability, scalability, deep API integrations, location tracking and battery efficiency were major considerations, as well as immediate turnaround on any problems and bugs. I took over the development of the iOS rider app at Deliveroo at a very early stage and it grew until August 2018, where the app is now maintained internally.
